The recipient named hereon acknowledges and agrees with the provider, Connect Business Agents Pty Ltd that:

1. That the recipient will keep the information provided by the Agent confidential, and will not disclose the information to any third party (other than the recipient’s Accountant, Solicitor, Bank Manager) without the permission of Connect Business Agents.
2. The information provided is solely for the purpose of evaluating the opportunity to purchase the business from the Vendor, through the Agent who is engaged to sell the business on behalf of the Vendor.
3. The recipient acknowledges that all written information provided by Connect Business Agents Pty Ltd and the Vendor always remains the property of Connect Business Agents Pty Ltd and/or the Vendor.
4. The recipient expressly undertakes not to directly or indirectly contact the Vendor or anyone who is employed or is a client of the said business.
5. The recipient agrees to return all confidential information and related documents upon request from the Vendor or Connect Business Agents Pty Ltd.
6. The Business Profile or any other information provided by Connect Business Agents Pty Ltd is based on information supplied by the Vendor of the Business. Connect Business Agents Pty Ltd and its management and officers disclaim any express or implied warranty relating to the accuracy of the information provided. Acceptance of the profile and any other information constitutes acceptance of this disclaimer, which the recipient acknowledges with signature hereto.
7. The recipient acknowledges that Connect Business Agents Pty Ltd advises the recipient to seek independent accounting and legal advice in relation to the information provided.
